Donna Clark, PMP, is the Vice President of Education and Technical Services at the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA). She has been with the Association for 26 years. She has more than 37 years of Association management experience. She is responsible for oversight of training, new programs, technical services, customer service, and the ATSS Foundation. Ms. Clark is the staff liaison for the Roadway Worker Protection Council and serves on the National Committee for Uniform Traffic Control Devices and TRB’s Standing Committee on Traffic Control Devices.

In 2016, Alex joined W.D. Wright Contracting in a management capacity when he took over as Operations Manager in their Washington, Pennsylvania office. At the time, Wright had 3 offices.
